Membership tiers and members-only video are part of Members at $29 a month and Members + Courses at $49 a month. The Site plan at $9 a month does not include tiers.
No. Fans pay into the Stripe account you connect, and Stripe's processing fees apply there. Your flowKreator subscription is the only thing we charge.
The start of the video, for as many seconds as you set, then a prompt to join. You can switch the preview off for any video.
The subscription shows as past due in your Subscriptions list. The fan's access runs to the end of the paid period plus a grace period, so you can see who needs attention before it ends.
