Your plan is billed through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle runs the checkout, charges your card, adds any sales tax or VAT your country requires and emails you a receipt for every payment. Your card details never touch FlowKreator's servers.
Yes, any time, from Settings › Billing or by emailing support@flowkreator.com. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. New subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days; see the Refund Policy.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for.
Your subscription is the only thing FlowKreator charges you for. Sales to your fans, members and sponsors go through the payment account you connect in your workspace and settle to you directly. FlowKreator does not hold those funds.
