1. Who we are
FlowKreator (https://flowkreator.com) is owned and operated by Shahariaz Ahmed Rhidoy, operating as an individual / sole proprietor (referred to as "FlowKreator", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at support@flowkreator.com.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit flowkreator.com, use the FlowKreator web application or visit a creator site hosted on FlowKreator, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. FlowKreator is the data controller for the data described here, except where a creator uses the Service to collect data from their own audience (see section 9).
2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), workspace name and handle, and any profile details you add.
- Content: videos, images, text, products, course material, rate cards and pages you upload or create.
- Support data: messages you send to support@flowkreator.com and any attachments.
- Billing data: your plan, billing cycle, subscription status and Paddle transaction identifiers. See section 4 for what we do not collect.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL and the pages you visit, as recorded in standard server and edge logs.
- Usage data: actions you take inside the web application, such as pages published and videos uploaded, used to run and improve the Service.
3. How we use your data
- to create and manage your account and deliver the features of your plan (performance of our contract with you);
- to process your subscription through Paddle, send receipts and handle refunds and cancellations (contract and legal obligations);
- to answer support requests and send service messages such as renewal reminders, price-change notices and security alerts (contract and legitimate interests);
- to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service (legitimate interests and legal obligations);
- to understand how the Service is used and improve it (legitimate interests);
- to send product news, only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time from any such email (consent).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Payment information
Payment card details are never stored on FlowKreator's servers. When you purchase a plan, your payment card or other payment details are collected and processed directly by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and Merchant of Record, on Paddle's own secure checkout. Paddle handles the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, collects applicable taxes and manages refunds. FlowKreator only receives confirmation of the transaction, the plan and billing cycle purchased, the billing email and country, and Paddle's transaction identifiers.

5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run FlowKreator, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Paddle.com Market Limited, as Merchant of Record for subscription payments, invoicing, tax and refunds;
- hosting, content delivery and security providers that serve the website, application and your creator site;
- video storage, transcoding and delivery providers that process the videos you upload;
- email delivery providers that send account, billing and support messages;
- services you choose to connect, such as a payment account for your own sales, a print-on-demand supplier or a custom domain, which receive only the data needed for that integration;
- authorities or other parties where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety and property of FlowKreator, our users or others.
If FlowKreator is ever sold or merged, your data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections described here.
6. Cookies and tracking
The marketing site at flowkreator.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. The web application uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery and remember your preferences. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies to complete your purchase and prevent fraud, as described in Paddle's privacy policy.
7. How long we keep data
We keep account data for as long as your account is open. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data and Your Content within 90 days, except where we need to keep records for tax, accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes (for example, billing records are kept for the period required by tax law). Server logs are kept for a short period for security and are then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise most of these rights from your account settings, or by emailing support@flowkreator.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Data collected on creator sites
Creators use FlowKreator to run their own sites, shops and memberships. When you buy from, subscribe to or contact a creator through a FlowKreator-hosted site, that creator decides what data to collect and why, and is the controller of it. FlowKreator processes that data on the creator's behalf to provide the Service. Please read the relevant creator's own policies, and contact them with questions about how they use your data. We will help creators respond to requests where we can.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred out of the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
11. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials and secrets, access controls and regular review of our infrastructure. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away at support@flowkreator.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
12. Children
FlowKreator accounts are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the change is material we will notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.
