1. Overview
FlowKreator (https://flowkreator.com) is owned and operated by Shahariaz Ahmed Rhidoy, operating as an individual / sole proprietor (referred to as "FlowKreator", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at support@flowkreator.com.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to every subscription plan sold on FlowKreator.com. We want you to be confident when you subscribe, so this page explains when you can get a refund, how to ask for one, and how cancellation works.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all FlowKreator orders. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice and handles refunds. All refunds are governed by this policy together with Paddle's Global Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and the consumer protection laws that apply in your country.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial transaction (your first payment for a new subscription), in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and the statutory consumer withdrawal rights that apply to you. To request a refund, email support@flowkreator.com from the address you used at checkout, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with your order number.
Within the 14-day window, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Discretionary refunds are assessed on:
- Platform and compute usage: how much of the Service was used during the period, for example the volume of video uploaded, transcoded and streamed, pages published, and sales processed through your creator site. Where usage has been minimal, we will normally approve a full refund.
- Technical defects: if a fault in the Service prevented you from using the features of your plan and we were unable to fix it within a reasonable time after you reported it, we will refund the affected period in full.
Where a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Taxes charged on the order are refunded with it.
3. Renewals and late requests
Renewal payments are taken automatically at the start of each new billing period, and Paddle emails a receipt for every charge. Because you can cancel at any time before a renewal, renewal charges are generally not refundable, and requests made more than 14 days after a transaction are not covered by the 14-day window. We may still issue a refund or credit at our discretion in exceptional cases, for example if a renewal was charged shortly after a cancellation request that we failed to process, or if the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the period. Write to support@flowkreator.com and we will look at it.
4. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in either of two ways:
- from Settings › Billing in your FlowKreator account, by choosing "Cancel subscription"; or
- by emailing support@flowkreator.com from the email address on your account.
Cancellation stops all future renewals. You will not be charged again. Your plan and all of its features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free tier with your content preserved. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period; see sections 2 and 3 for when a refund applies.
If you cancel by email, we will confirm the cancellation in writing within 2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please follow up, as the cancellation only takes effect once we have processed it.
5. Downgrades and plan changes
Switching to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal; you keep the features of your current plan until then and no partial refund is issued for the difference. Switching to a more expensive plan takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated for the rest of the current period.
6. Sales made on your creator site
This policy covers only the subscription you buy from FlowKreator. Purchases that your fans and customers make from your own creator site (memberships, merch, bundles, courses or sponsor bookings) are processed through the payment account you connect, are transactions between you and your customer, and are governed by the refund terms you set. FlowKreator and Paddle are not parties to those sales.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us or Paddle first. We resolve almost every issue faster than a bank dispute. Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank instead of requesting a refund may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
8. Contact
Refund and cancellation requests: support@flowkreator.com. Please include the email address and order number from your Paddle receipt so we can find your order quickly. You can also reach Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
